The Eye of the Jailer
Soul seekers (or soulseekers)[1] act as eyes for the Jailer. They keep an ever-watchful gaze over the Maw for any suspicious activity and will eliminate intruders—no questions asked.[2] The greatest of them is the Eye of the Jailer itself, which keeps watch over the entire Maw and commands many lesser soulseekers.

[Eye of Allseeing] and [Eye of Extermination] can drop from the Eye of the Jailer in Sanctum of Domination on any difficulty and mythic-only respectively.- [Golden Eye] is a rare drop from Helsworn Soulseekers in the Maw.
- [Maw Stalker] is a rare drop from Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
