If this effect is not removed, the target will be stunned for 5 seconds. 2 sec cast. 8 second debuff; actions slowed by 60%- Soul Siphon (Heroic mode) 20 yd range — Deals 1500 Shadow damage to an enemy target, decreasing their damage done by 10%. Instant. 8 sec debuff
