Speaker is a title given to some troll ambassadors.
There are also trolls with the title Loa Speaker.
Background
Every six years, envoys from all the troll tribes arrive in Zuldazar in order to share information and discuss matters that may affect the entire troll race.[1]
Every 6 years, trolls from all tribes from all over the world congregate in Zandalar to discuss matters that affect all trolls.[2]
Zul'Gurub
In Zul'Gurub, during the resurrection of Hakkar the Soulflayer, the speakers were called to the home of the Gurubashi tribe for unknown diplomatic reasons.
