Spire of Pain
The Spire of Pain is a ziggurat inside the Temple City of En'kilah.
During the war against the Lich King, the crypt fiend High Priest Talet-Kha could be found here, mostly surrounded by crypt fiends, and performing dark rites in the spire.[1] Adventurers were later sent by Thassarian for the Alliance, or by Chieftain Wintergale for the Horde, to kill it.[2]
