He spawns on the hill next to Highlord Omokk, leader of the Spirestone tribe. His most common drops are [Swiftdart Battleboots] and [The Blackrock Slicer]. While The Blackrock Slicer may not be the best axe based on statistics, it is often considered one of the coolest looking.
