Spirit Obelisk
Spirit Obelisks are located in Warport Rastari in Zuldazar. The Horde Speaker used 
[Rastari Skull Whistle] on them to summon Vengeful Ancestors, after which the obelisks surged with magic.
Several Kao-Tien Stormbinders can also be seen using lightning on some of them, or Stormbound Conquerors are hitting them with their weapons.
