The Spirit of Issliruk is a representation of Issliruk summoned by Elder Muahit on the Njord's Breath Bay island in the Borean Tundra after completion of 
[10-30] Spirits Watch Over Us. The Spirit flies around the monument before flying off the south and despawning. Even though he is an ally of the tuskarr, the Spirit is hostile to players and can be killed.
