Spitescale Cove is the northernmost island of the Echo Isles. The naga used this isle to build a staging ground from which to attack and destroy the Darkspear tribe. They are led by the sea witch Zar'jira. There is a cave there.

- This is the island where Bwonsamdi, guardian of the dead, was first contacted during Zalazane's Fall.
