The flooded Splithoof Hold.
Splithoof Hold[44, 38] is a cave located in Splithoof Crag in Thousand Needles. The Galak centaur tribe adapted it into a stronghold. The cavern housed the Ancient Brazier and the Sacred Flame, which eternally burns, even underwater. The centaurs, having had to flee the area in order to survive the flooding caused by the Cataclysm, left behind the flame. In the end though, Aquarian doused it.
