Sporelok are sporelings found in Funggor Cavern. They can be seen fighting the Marsh Lurkers and Marsh Dredgers, and heroes of the Alliance and Horde are sent to defeat the giants in 
[10-30] Saving the Sporeloks.

It's possible these sporelings are a subspecies of the main group given their unique skin tones and living in a cavern rather than the large mushrooms of Sporeggar.
Msshi'fn mentions in [10-30] Glowcap Mushrooms that he collects Glowcaps to "trade with other sporelings". However, there are no other populations of sporelings outside Sporeggar other than the sporeloks (and the likely resource-less Sporeling Refugees). The sporeloks may be the implied other population/faction/tribe of sporelings for them to trade with.
