Sprinkle Noggenfogger is the goblin baroness of Gadgetzan[2] in Tanaris. She is a friend of Umi Rumplesnicker, and before the Cataclysm, was the unfortunate target of one of her pranks involving a mechanical yeti. According to her friend Marin, she is an excellent chef.
As of the Cataclysm, she and Marin Noggenfogger have married and she now sells the 
[Noggenfogger Elixir] to anyone.
