Sprite Darters are faerie dragons found in Feralas. For unknown reasons, the Grimtotem tauren have captured a large number of these rare creatures. Kindal Moonweaver sends adventurers on a quest to free the darters, which could eventually lead to them obtaining a 
[Sprite Darter Egg]. In addition, Witch Doctor Uzer'i seems to have an interest in the spiritual powers of these creatures.
They were called upon by the Alliance, specifically Handler Jesana, to aid them in battle after the Cataclysm,[1] and targeted and slain by the Horde.[2]
Abilities[]
Arcane Barrage — Launches several missiles at the enemy target, inflicting Arcane damage.
- Mana Burn — Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes 0.5 damage.
