Interact with the staff to trigger the final cutscene of the campaign:

As the Primus' voice is heard, the camera pans over the different pieces of the statue's regalia: the Bindings of Fleshcrafting, the Mantle of Eternal Victory, and the Pauldrons of Imperium.

Vision of the Primus says: Focus. Strategy. Relentlessness.

The Staff of the Primus materializes in the statue's left hand.

Vision of the Primus says: These are the weapons of the Necrolords.

Vision of the Primus says: Victory will be claimed not by a single house, but through the strength of our covenant.

The statue glows fiercely as the assembled Necrolord leaders—Emeni, Marileth, Draka, Alexandros, Vashj, and Heirmir—watch.

Vision of the Primus says: For Maldraxxus!

This concludes the "Assault on the House of Rituals" chapter of the  [Necrolords Campaign], awarding the achievement  [Covenant Campaign].

Don't forget to turn in the weapon/off-hand token for a raid-finder level piece of gear to Mellisa Fate!

Completing this quest also unlocks  [60] Forging A Friendship.
