Stampeding Roar is a druid class talent that temporarily increases nearby allies' movement speed.
Patch changes[]
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 class talent (was a level 43 ability). Rank 2 converted into the [Improved Stampeding Roar] talent. - Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 43 for all druids (was 50 for Feral and Guardian only). Rank 2 learned at level 49 for Guardian only (was level 80 for Feral and Guardian).
- Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): At level 80, Guardian Druids now learn Stampeding Roar (Rank 2), which reduces the cooldown of Stampeding Roar by 1 minute.
- Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Now learned at level 50 (was 83).
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Mana cost removed. Now learned at level 83 for Feral and Guardian druids only (was level 84 for all druids).
- Hotfix (2014-10-21): Stampeding Roar should now correctly remove root effects when used.
- Hotfix (2012-10-04): Fixed an issue where Stampeding Roar could sometimes be cast in any form.
- Hotfix (2012-09-14): Druids under the effect of [Dash] no longer gain the Stampeding Roar buff from other Druids.
- Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now learned at level 84 (was 83).
- Hotfix (2011-08-04): Stampeding Roar no longer grants a speed boost to Demolishers.
- Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Duration has been increased to 8 seconds, up from 6. The movement speed effect has been increased to 60%, up from 40% and is no longer cancelled by cancelling shapeshift form.
