The Star's Bazaar.
The Star's Bazaar is found on the lower-left level of the Shrine of Seven Stars. Most trade supplies vendors (with the exception of Engineering and First Aid) can be found here. Outside is the Summer Terrace, the Emperor's Step can be accessed to the center of the shrine (to the right), and the Chamber of Reflection is upstairs.
