State of Mind is a Tier 6 Holy priest talent introduced in patch 4.0.1 which reduces the cooldown of the Chakra talent ability by 3/6 seconds.
Prior to patch 4.0.6, the talent allowed priests to extend the duration of their Chakra states by 2/4 sec upon successfully casting one of the corresponding spells. This allowed priests to remain within a Chakra state for extended periods of time without re-casting or losing the associated buff. With patch 4.0.6, the talent was changed to instead reduce the cooldown of the Chakra spell itself, so allowing priests to initiate a new Chakra state more quickly. However due to this change, it is no longer possible for priests to remain continuously within a Chakra state.
