When the event is active, speak with Elios in Hero's Rest. A red flag appears on the map to mark the celebrated steward. Loot a 
[Ripe Purian] and speak with the steward to get 
[Steward's Golden Key]. Use it to open Steward's Golden Chest next to Elios.
