Stitchwork is an abomination located in Putricide's Secret Lab in Icecrown Citadel. It contains the body of at least one unfortunate female adventurer.[1]

Bile Spray — Stitchwork spews bile out at you, dealing 15% of your maximum health as Plague damage, and also leaves a puddle of bile on the floor that deals 5% of Total Health in Plague damage every second and slows you by 50% for 5 sec.- Cleaver Smash — Repeatedly smash the ground in front of you with your cleaver, dealing massive damage.
- Meat Hook — Stitchwork throws a hook out, grabbing all enemies in front, dealing 10% of Total Health in Physical damage and pulls them towards it.

- Stitchwork's abilities are similar to those used by Stitches in Heroes of the Storm.
- Stitchwork, while also being a word in itself, is possibly a reference to both Stitches and Patchwerk, two famous abominations.
