The Stormwright's Shelf.
The Stormwright's Shelf[25, 34] is located above and to the west of the Makers' Perch in Sholazar Basin. It's usually raining in this area.
Notes
- It is full of Storm Revenants and Aqueous Spirits, which you need to 'devour' for the quest
[20-30 Daily] Song of Wind and Water, as well as wandering stone golems. The area is scattered with Soaked Fertile Dirt used for a daily quest from The Oracles called [20-30 Daily] Song of Fecundity. - It is possible to uncover this map segment without the use of flying by swimming along the coastline very closely to the shore.
