Strand of the Ancients Envoys were Strand of the Ancients recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities - Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, and the Undercity, as well as the neutral cities of Dalaran and Shattrath City. They were only available during the monthly Call to Arms: Strand of the Ancients.
