Stromgarde Citizens are undead located in Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands during the 
[10-45] The Ruined Kingdom questline. They are initially friendly to the player, but turn hostile after Galen Trollbane betrays the player following the completion of [10-45] Death... and Decay and [10-45] Our Oldest Enemies.

- The Citizens are the only undead appearing in Stromgarde during the questline who don't correspond to a human NPC in the Classic version of the area.
- The Citizens use a range of appearances. The male ones reuse the models of Innkeeper Hershberg, Roman Garner, and Bowen Brisboise/Sebastian Crane, while the female ones reuse the models of Anastasia Hartwell, Innkeeper Renee, Sarah Killian, and Selina Weston.
