Patch changes

Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Subterfuge's duration increase to Shadow Dance reduced to 1 second (was 2 seconds).
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Damage bonus to [Garrote] increased to 125% (was 100%).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer available to Outlaw rogues. Now available at level 30 (was 15). Now also increases duration of [Shadow Dance] and causes [Garrote] to deal additional damage and have no cooldown when used from Stealth.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now allows you to use abilities that require [Stealth] for 3 seconds after leaving Stealth, instead of actually staying stealthed for 3 seconds.
