• Permanently enchant a cloak to decrease threat from all attacks and spells by 2%. Cannot be applied to items higher than level 136.

Permanently enchant a cloak to decrease threat caused by the wearer by 2%.

Notes

Useful for all non-tanking classes but especially noteworthy for shamans, moonkin druids, mages, shadow priests and warlocks (pre- [Soulshatter]) as they often have trouble with hitting the 'aggro ceiling' -- the inability to do more damage without pulling aggro from the tank. This allows them to effectively do a full 2% more DPS, more than any other cloak enchant.
