Sundancer is a cloudrunner located in Bastion.
To get to Sundancer, click on the Ancient Memorial at [60.04, 93.97] to gain the 
Sunrider's Blessing buff, then use a 
[Skystrider Glider] (obtained via Ascended Crafting) and glide to Sundancer. Use the extra action button to calm it: 
Soothe. While under the effect of Echo of Dresaelus (not displayed as a buff, but the player character's model is that of a kyrian), speak with it again to start the challenge. It is tough fight so bring a party. Bringing it down to 10% completes the fight and awards the mount item.

- Sun Fury — Increases the caster's attack speed by 30% for 20 sec. Causes the caster to inflict 30% increased Physical damage.
