Sunreaver Refugees are blood elven civilians encountered during the Purge of Dalaran. They can be found in the Circle of Wills hiding and cowering amidst the Silver Covenant and Sunreaver combatants around them.
They do not engage in the conflict, but will be randomly attacked by Silver Covenant enforcers not already doing battle.
