Surrender to Madness is a level 50 Shadow priest talent. It instantly activates [Voidform], doubles Insanity generation and allows one to cast while moving, with the drawback of killing the caster unless they kill the target in the next 30 seconds.

Surrender to Madness is an epic Priest spell in the Rastakhan's Rumble expansion for Hearthstone. Its flavour text reads: "Never give up, always surrender!"
Patch changes[]
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Removed.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Re-designed.
- Previous effect: All your Insanity-generating abilities generate 100% more Insanity, and you can cast while moving, until you exit Voidform. Then, you take damage equal to 90% of your maximum health and cannot generate Insanity for 15 sec. 3 minute cooldown.
