Put on a pirate disguise from the chest of Pirate Garb.

First ting's first, boss-mon. Ya can't parley with pirates unless ya got da appropriate clothes.

I ain't big on fashion, mon, but what ya be wearin' won't work.

Luckily I collected dis box of pirate clothes. No need ta ask how. Just need ta get piratey.

You will receive:

Pick whateva ya want, boss-mon. Dere be so many clothes in dat chest.

Now we be talkin', boss-mon! Ya look ready ta do some privateerin'!

After putting the garb on, the player gets the Blacktooth Brawler, Cutwater Corsair, or Bilge Rat buff.
