Sylvanas Windrunner's banshee form, before becoming a Dark Ranger. Available in The Fall of Silvermoon upon completing the optional quest.

In Reforged, it is no longer necessary to complete the optional mission as you only need to go to the gates of Silvermoon to defeat Sylvanas.

Curse (Autocast)[]

Curses a target enemy unit, causing it to have a 33% chance to miss on an attack.

Anti-magic Shell[]

Creates a barrier that stops spells from affecting a target unit.

Trivia[]

  • In Reforged, although Sylvanas' unit is available in her Banshee form, it is replaced by her Dark Ranger unit but with the Banshee aspect with slight modifications like the Black Arrow spell being replaced with Howl of Terror spell, alongside the banshee missile instead of Dark Ranger arrow missile.

Patch changes[]

  • Patch 1.15 (2004-05-10): Curse cooldown increased to 1 from 0.
  • Patch 1.06 (2003-06-03):
    • Curse now causes a 33% chance to miss, up from 25%.
    • Curse now lasts 2 minutes, up from 1 minute.
    • Curse cost reduced to 40 mana from 50.
  • Patch 1.04 (2002-11-04):
    • Anti-magic Shell is once again dispellable. A summoned unit under a shell does not take damage from the dispel, but will lose the shell.
    • Anti-magic Shell mana cost reduced to 50 from 75.
