Air and Lightning Revenants
Is there a difference? 'Air' is the name given to elementals, but Manual of Monsters says that lightning revenants are the air ones. Ionar drops [Pauldrons of the Lightning Revenant]. Mark Gibbons drew concept art of both types, but only one model (Called 'RevenantAir') exists in World of Warcraft. Air revenant was added to Revenant with this edit.--SWM2448 22:25, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
- They're probably the same. Air elemental have a lightning feel to them... and they just use both terms to mean the same. (Sssss/Slithered) 01:55, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
Course... now that I think about it... they could be two different types... like frost is air and water... lightning could be air and fire. I'd leave it as is right now though... (Sssss/Slithered) 01:15, 29 June 2009 (UTC)
- Air revenants and lightning revenants are two different things. Lightning revenant has its own entry in the RPG. Art also shows two different revenants and the art is not "concept art" as it is in the RPG also. They both are of the "air" type, but just looking at the images you can see air revenants look like swirling air creatures with jets of air at the bottom, while lightning revenants have lightning at the bottom. By the way, frost is not air and water. Frost is air and cold, in the RPG at least. It is similiar to the death revenant which has the type earth. Rolandius (talk - contr) 01:10, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
