Can someone find the source for the brother of Sargeras thing? --Ragestorm 23:33, 12 October 2006 (EDT)

It's mentioned repeatedly in Shadows & Light.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Parqual Fintalas (talk · contr). if this guy is so strong why doesen't he help Azeroth by killing all the enemies and the alliance? is he coward to fight against the demons and alliance? lol major plothole in lore if thats the way it is.--Rahnumed 15:56, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

He is a titan. Titans are generally aloof races. Their only pepose was to spread order through out the universe. Before the titan lest the world of Azeroth, they enpowered five dragon with increadible powers. Namely Norzdormu the Timeless One, She Who is Life Alexstaza, Lady of the Emerald Dream Yesra, Hand of Magic Malygoz and the Earth Warder Neltarion to safeguard the planet.

Besides they have done their part. They defeated the Old Gods and chained them beneth Azeroth. If I am not wrong, A Old God can vaporize the entire Horde and Alliance with but a thought. -- —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tohjohn (talk · contr).

I believe you are, indeed, wrong. If they were that powerful, surely Yogg Saron escaping would destroy Azeroth. BobNamataki (talk) 16:13, November 9, 2009 (UTC)

Creators[]

Why does it say that they Created all of the worlds in the Great Beyond? I thought they were just on a crusade to make order, I didn't think they were the ultimate creators. Until I am proven wrong, I will change this page so that it states the truth. Acjpb 02:15, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

It uses those words under his Portfolio in Shadows and Light. "As leader of the titans, Aman'Thul is responsible for the creation of all worlds, including Azeroth." But personally, I think it was just a bad choice of words. --Austin P 02:29, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Altar of Storms[]

Any want to defend it? The Elemental Spirits and the Pantheon are completely separate, and the only similarity between the figure on the altar and Aman'thul is that their hands are raised. --Ragestorm (talk · contr) 02:19, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure that's a tauren on the altar, :p.Baggins 02:26, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Looks more like an Orc Raider holding two wolfs. Rannulf 04:14, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

I agree. It doesn't look anything like him. --Austin P 00:03, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Aman'Thul: Master of Time?[]

I have always wondered about Aman'Thul's ability over time (if he has any). If he was able to give power over time to Nozdormu, it would seem he also has the same powers (if not stronger) than the dragon. But nowhere have I read that Aman'Thul has such powers. So what's the deal? Jclipps 06:03, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

I believe there is certainly something there, especially since the article states that Aman'Thul has a variety of quickening and hasting spells/abilities. Werewolfe83 (talk) 20:54, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Cronus?[]

Isn't Aman'thul based on Cronus i mean think about hes the leader of the titans, as was Cronus i think and he granted Nozdurmu power over time as Cronus was the titan of time it only makes sense. But then again Cronus was the oldest and as far as i know Aman'thul is one of the older 23:51, 28 January 2008 (UTC) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Geeko (talk · contr).

Cronus is the youngest of the first generation of Titans, and therefore not the oldest.
There wasn't a titan of time. Cronus was generally associated with the harvest in Ancient Greece. You're thinking of Chronos, who's a completely different figure entirely.
Easy mistake to make though. I had to look it up :) Caliago 23:59, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
With the Romans combining Cronus with Saturn, he did take on the aspect of time. Chronos is an embodiment of time in general. The view of Chronos and Saturn are strikingly similar, but Chronos was pre-Socratic. Werewolfe83 (talk) 20:54, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Bold words[]

Okay I know that we only have to make the first appearance of the page name in bold now. Do we also have to make the whole "title" and not just the "name" of the page in bold too?  Rolandius Paladin (talk - contr) 04:21, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

You don't have to, it's just a stylistic thing. Sometimes it flows better that way, sometimes it doesn't. --Ragestorm (talk · contr) 13:43, 29 July 2008 (UTC)
