I don't understand his presense!! From a lore perspective, possibly a Burning legion agent captured during the Third war, round about the last time Tol Barad was known to explicitly be in Kul Tiras rule? If that's the case I'd argue that there wasn't a really major Burning Legion presense in Lordaeron during the Third War, that wing of the two-pronged attack was focused on Hyjal, with the Scourge blasting away at northern Eastern Kingdoms.
