Block Value has seemingly returned to the game with Patch 8.0.1. All shields now have a Block Value on them, and at least one BfA setbonus increases shield block rating. At some point, I'll research more into this and update accordingly, but any contributions to updating both block value and rating would be very welcomed. --Kanariya (talk) 23:21, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
