Getting here from the Barrens[]
Tired of running south of Camp Taurajo to the path(Bar50,78) by the Inn(DwM29,48), then all the way back north to get to Brackenwall Village? I was to so i found a shortcut. From Camp Taurajo, head straight east to the tall cliffs, and just a little south is a ramp on the cliff(Bar50,60) you can climb on that takes you right to the cave entrance for the Darkmist Cavern(DwM30,22), just a few feet north of Brackenwall Village's north entrance(DwM34,27), it cuts about 5-6 min off the trip. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jaymz61 (talk · contr).
- This is not a forum... however, I could see this shortcut note being added to the article in some form... maybe. Question is... how much time did you lose trying to find this shortcut, just to cut off 5-6 mins? Not that it matters... the run should only need to be done once till you have the FP.

Brackenwall is unique in that it is the only Horde town that isn't of the traditional Horde races. The village was built by the Stonemaul ogres after their original village was ruined by the black dragons to the south.
Actually... the Ogres were on the Horde during the Second War. They are definitely a "traditional" Horde race. Removed that part. Sarvam (talk) 17:44, June 2, 2010 (UTC)

- Actually it isn't the only one, Revantusk Village is made up almost entirely of forest trolls, and lets not forget the taunka villages too. Aedror42 (talk) 21:08, June 2, 2010 (UTC)
