Brassbolt Mechawrench (and perhaps his horde counter part) don't seem to require grand master engineering anymore.. They did a week ago.. But as 0f 9/29 i was able to do it with master engineering. - I tried on a toon, that does not have engineering, yesterday and it would not let me.
