Consider carefully whether you want to do this chain at all. It's been called one of the most frustrating in the entire game, and that includes those quests where the last item you need just isn't dropping.
You get a total of 3200 reputation and a trinket that won't work for anyone who's not level 70 precisely. You can get the same reputation by bringing 13 Netherwing eggs to Yarzill the Merc in probably less time than it will take for the races, since they pop up on their own, in Nethercite ore nodes, and on mobs.
However, the
