From what I have heard, you cannot leave the instanced area until every quest is done. The instanced area covers the whole Tyr's Hand/New Avalon region as well as a small area around Light's Hope Chapel. So no, no one would attack you if you were to enter a faction capital - because by the time you do, you ain't Scourge anymore. --Joshmaul (talk) 01:58, 21 July 2008 (UTC)

When you finally head to your factions capital, you're still classed as hated. So you get rotten apples and bananas thrown at you, and spat upon. Only when you hand the letter to the king (Alliance) do you become friendly. Amzer (talk) 02:44, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
