There's an elite Sea Giant named Gnash wandering outside (southwest) of Smuggler's Scar that drops Gnash's Head when killed and looted. This item starts a quest called: An Opened Can of Whoop Gnash
Even though Gnash is an elite he has only around 140K hit points, making him easy enough for two players (possibly one if skilled) to kill him at level 80 or 81.
