Superweapon?[]
Given to its description by the Ebon Blade knights in Icecrown, and being made entirely of Saronite, this could be the Lich King's final attempt to build an indestructible superweapon capable of succeeding where Naxxramas and the other necropoleis failed.
Probably we'll see more about Malykriss in the 3.2, or the final 3.3 patch when Icecrown Citadel opens for raiding.

Halls of Reflection appearance?[]
I'm not sure how many other people would notice this, given the need to run as fast as you can, but after the Halls of Reflection encounter ends, you can return to the gauntlet and if you look over the edge, it looks like the completed Malykriss is chained inside the Halls. A different Necropolis? Or just a progressed storyline?

- There's nothing to suggest that the Necropolis in Halls of Reflection is Malykriss rather than another necropolis-in-progress.
