He is part of "phasing" - you get to a certain point and he is no longer there cause you are no longer part of the scourge but he still is. ~~FieryAxel (talk · contr)... to lazy to sig.

Actually, I meant I didn't see him in there during the phasing either... I had leveled a new DK just after the latest patch, and I don't remember seeing him at all. I'll have to check again though.
