Model usage[]
Well, from the screenshots that i saw, Shadowfiend uses somesort of a unique model, but i´ve been unable to find it via the WoWmodelviewer. What model does it use and what´s it´s name in wowmodelview?

I think it's the mutant model... like those deranged mutant things in the Draenei newbie area. Cdmckay

Updated numbers[]
Following Cataclysm, the damage numbers on the page (if not the % themselves) are out of date. I've therefore removed the below tip, and removed the numbers from another (stating the bonus damage achieved by using a 
[Shadowcrawl] macro). If someone can obtain accurate, up-to-date numbers, please add them to these tips, and re-insert the below tip into the article :) -- Taohinton (talk) 16:09, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- Without shadow damage bonus, the Shadowfiends' hits deal an average of 180 damage to an equal level mob without shadow resistance. Its average damage per attack, however, can be significantly lower due to melee damage mitigation.
