Why is this called a buff and not an ability? Does it only occur when you are mining ore for a limited time? Rolandius Paladin.gif (talk - contr) 11:47, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

It's an ability if you activate it, and this isn't an ability. It's passive and always in your spellbook. g0urra[T҂C] 11:58, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
I think you know what I mean. It is not a buff. Rolandius Paladin.gif (talk - contr) 12:01, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
Is "Passive Ability" what you were thinking of? Inv misc orb 04.pngXavius, the Satyr Lord 14:04, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
Yes I was thinking it was a passive ability but since Gourra said it was not an ability, and I am sure it is not a buff, I changed it from "passive buff" to "passive trait". Rolandius Paladin.gif (talk - contr) 03:26, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

Do you lose this buff/passive ability/w/e if you drop Mining? If not, then can I get all the buffs available by grinding professions? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Maiona35771 (talk · contr).

3.2 changes

as of patch 3.2, the stamina provided at max rank is now 60 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ninjaredeemer (talk · contr).

implemented in beta?

I've been playing the beta for a while and i've decided to learn mining but i can't find the toughness talent in my spellbook, has it been implemented for the cataclysm beta? --Flame484

It's in your professions tab instead of the spellbook. A little confusing to begin with, but makes sense after once you consider it. --Azaram (talk) 13:30, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
