Dispel effect affected by...[]
Can the dispel damage crit? Even better, is it affected by +SP? If that's the case, then you could come to a point where dispeling in PvP is not only a 'dangerous' idea, but also possibly deadly, making it worth popping this an almost must-cast in PvP
