Tallonkai's Jewel drops from Ferocitas the Dream Eater in eastern Teldrassil. This glowing emerald was a part of Tallonkai Swiftroot's 
[Emerald Dreamcatcher], but Ferocitas stole it and fashioned it into a necklace of his own, not realizing that its power would be useless to him.
