Tally Zapnabber is a gnome quest giver located at Toshley's Station in the Blade's Edge Mountains. He gives quests to Alliance players allowing them to test out his Zephyrium Capacitorium. He has made two clones of himself - Rally Zapnabber, also at Toshley's Station, who he calls his "twin", and O'Mally Zapnabber, at Evergrove, who is known as Tally's "other twin".
