Tamer Zalo'bin is a skeletal troll located on the western outskirt of the Port of Zem'lan in Vol'dun with a Soultainted Cobra next to two dead Riverbeast Calves. He appears to be trying to train the cobra to attack the sethrak by teaching it to attack the dead riverbeasts, but isn't having much success.
