Temple of Arkkoran.
The Temple of Arkkoran[78, 38] was a former temple of Elune located on the northeastern shores of Azshara and it was where the sea giant Arkkoroc lived. He could be found at the top level of the temple and was guarded by murlocs and makrura who attacked on sight. The Shattered Strand, which the temple was located on, is also under watch by hydras and aggressive sea giants.
The temple is a popular farming spot because of the Stormshroud Armor patterns (
[chest] and [shoulders]) and 
[Golden Pearls] that drop there.
The temple was destroyed in the Cataclysm, leaving only few ruins behind.
