Thargil is a member of the Horde and one of the three spies sent to gather information on Theramore and the Alliance. Marg Nighteye would send him and his companion Uleg to gain information on a vessel that just landed, the Bleeding Sparrow, in hopes of gaining some political documents. They would succeed at finding the information that they were looking for but dropped it in the sea when they ended up getting caught. Thargil was ultimately captured by the Theramore Guard while Uleg escaped.[1][2]
It is unknown what happened to him afterwards. He could have been executed, or died during the bombing of Theramore.
