The Candleking is the ruler of the Bluewax kobolds of Candle Rock in Highmountain. He is wearing the stolen skull of a long-dead Highmountain tauren named Oenia Skyhorn, whose ghost asks adventurers to kill the Candleking and take back her skull so that she can go back to rest. Before adventurers are allowed entry into the Candleking's inner chamber by the Bluewax Gatekeeper, however, they need to perform several minor tasks for the kobolds in the cavern.
