Travel with Wrathion to the ramparts and kill any combination from the following: Qalashi Necksnappers, Qalashi Flamelobbers, Qalashi Pillagers, Qalashi Skullhaulers, Qalashi Gatecrashers, Qalashi Stonebinders, Qalashi Crustshapers, Qalashi Boltthrowers, Djaradin Magmathrowers, Djaradin Flametamers.
