Travel to the Jade Forest on Pandaria, then speak to Taran Zhu at Tian Monastery. Speak to Tak-Tak west of the Temple of Five Dawns to fly there.

Iron-Body Ponshu says: Speak to Tak-Tak to the west. He will take you to Tian Monastery immediately.

Leave the room, but do not go down the stairs. Instead, turn right at the entrance and follow the outer pathway west until you reach a short bridge on your left. Cross the bridge and speak to Tak-Tak there.
